"Ladders" are a great way to mix up our aerobic repeat and Vo2 max type work. They are great way to keep mentally fresh while doing some bloody tough running.
The name ladder comes from the descending nature of the workout eg 5 min, 4min, 3min efforts. We are still not sure if Dave and Gemma have a fascination with snakes or Rick just thew that part in.
